We started Rice & Chicken because we were tired of the "meal prep" industry—boring, tasteless food designed for diets, not for life.

We wanted something better: authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and a dependable weekly routine. We fire up our vertical broiler every Sunday to prepare real meals for our neighbors in the West Valley. No bodybuilding goals required—just a desire for better lunch and easier dinners.
